A job for Woman's Weekly I managed to squeeze in before the little chap arrived.
Well it's been a while, sorry about that! But I've been otherwise engaged looking after this little fellow. Our adorable little bundle is now three months and I'm starting to feel the need to be creative again, so hopefully I can find a spare moment here and there to do a little something or at least post some inspiration on here, well, I'll do my best anyway :)

Books are amazing, I can't get enough! These three books are recent gems. 'Millions of Snow' by Lerryn Korda, beautifully simple and graphic. Look out for more books in the series. Next up two books by the same publisher, minedition, 'My Red Balloon' by Kazuaki Yamada and a beautifully touching and true story, 'Sadako's Cranes' by Judith Loske. Hmmm, lovely! I urge you to check them out.
These little Bellamys' are all ready and waiting to be sent off to the lovely Tube Gallery in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.
Well, new-ish! This was a piece I did for the joint exhibition I had with my other half, back in May.

Finally it's here... I'm having an end of summer sale in my shop for the whole of September (ends 30th Sept at midnight). Make sure you take advantage of 15% off everything, just enter the discount code SUMMERSALE when you get to the checkout.

Had a lovely day in London yesterday. Went to Pollock's Toy Museum on Scala Street. What an amazing place, so much to look at and want for yourself! I highly recommend a visit, truly inspiring.

We couldn't not go to the Tate shop at the Tate Modern either. Always worth a trip. I stocked up on these beautiful children's books... Mr Peek and the Misunderstanding at the Zoo by Kevin Waldron (can't wait for Mr Peek 2), Monster Day at Work by Sarah Dyer, A Walk in London & A Walk in New York by Salvatore Rubbino. Now I want to start creating!

Finished off the day nicely by going to the private view of the Images 35 exhibition of which I had been selected to be part of. It was a great evening meeting some lovely people. Go and see the exhibition if you can, it's at the Bankside Gallery just next to the Tate Modern and it's free to get in! Or you can catch it when it goes on tour.
